Overview

The Payroll Implementation role focuses on managing payroll administration tasks, ensuring compliance, and resolving payroll-related issues for EMEA and APAC regions.

In Short

• Ownership of Payroll Administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance and control risk within the Payroll function.
• Resolve payroll tax obligations and discrepancies.
• Calculate Unemployment Insurance Tax rates.
• Implement General Ledger Interface (GLI).
• Update and ensure accuracy of Payroll Master Data.
• 2-10 years of payroll experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with SAP payroll systems preferred.
• Willingness to work remotely on US or APAC time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-10 years of payroll time and attendance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP payroll systems, preferably ADP.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Service orientation and analytical skills.
• Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification preferred.
