The Team Leader will manage a group of remote support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficient in Turkish (C1 or higher) and English (B2+).
• Located in Bulgaria, Cyprus, or Greece.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or contact center environment.
• Confident with contact center metrics and performance tracking.
• Passionate about people leadership.
• Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced setting.
• Stable internet connection and technical requirements as specified.
• Bonus: Interest in gaming or tech support.
