Overview

As an Associate Conversational Consultant at Glia, you will play a vital role in assisting both new FI implementations and post-launch FI clients in optimizing and enhancing their conversational experiences using Glia's platform.

In Short

• Review client’s websites and social media for tone of voice recommendations.
• Configure effective responses for virtual assistants.
• Guide clients in updating user goals.
• Assist in exporting user goals for deployment.
• Collaborate with Launch Managers on GVA processes.
• Support post-launch clients with queries and enhancement requests.
• Communicate client feedback to product teams.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Requirements

• +1 year of experience in writing for diverse audiences in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing projects.
• Collaboration across teams including Sales and Customer Success.
• Strong presentation skills and team player attitude.
• Enthusiastic problem solver with a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
• Highly collaborative and flexible.
