Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of products across Givzey and Version2.ai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage roadmaps, and ship products that drive business impact and user delight.

• Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to define product goals and roadmap.
• Coordinate customer interviews and gather feedback to understand user needs.
• Write clear product specs and prioritize features for timely releases.
• Lead agile planning and facilitate communication between teams.
• Model COGS and gross-margin with Finance/Ops for product discovery.
• Establish KPIs for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Stay updated on trends in AI and nonprofit tech to enhance offerings.

Requirements

• US Citizen.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience managing Agile sprints and collaborating with tech teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA for task management and sprint tracking.
• Strong project management skills with product roadmaps and timelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence and Slack.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
