Senior Product Designer, Runner Fleet - Remote

Overview

As the dedicated Product Designer for our Runner Fleet team, you'll create intuitive management interfaces and dashboards that help platform administrators efficiently manage their build infrastructure at enterprise scale, identify performance bottlenecks, and reduce operational costs.

In Short

• Collaborate with your triad team to define UX goals, roadmap, and strategy that solve real user problems for DevOps teams
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their CI/CD infrastructure pain points
• Partner with AI/ML teams to design predictive insights features
• Conduct solution validation of your designs with support from our UX Research team
• Communicate your design thinking through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Engage with our user base and GitLab community to understand pain points
• Contribute to our Design System alongside the UX team
• Experience designing B2B/Enterprise software
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows
• Portfolio showcasing enterprise software design solutions

Requirements

• Experience designing B2B/Enterprise software that serves complex workflows
• Background in developer tools design, particularly DevOps and CI/CD
• Demonstrated expertise in user research methods
• Experience fostering collaboration across multiple product teams
• Experience in data visualization design with knowledge of dashboards
• Proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems
• Familiarity with Git and understanding of CI/CD workflows
• Portfolio showcasing complex enterprise software design solutions
