Overview

As you navigate the corporate tax landscape, you'll become the architect of global tax strategy. Each quarter, you'll meticulously craft tax provisions, maintaining deferred balances and documenting uncertain positions with precision. The challenge? Tax regulations shift constantly, requiring you to adapt quickly while maintaining accuracy.

In Short

• Prepare/review quarterly and annual global tax provision calculations and disclosures.
• Collaborate with service providers on federal, state, and local tax return preparation.
• Assist with technical research on various tax issues and audit inquiries.
• Leverage Big 4 and corporate background for strategic insights.

• Maintain ASC 740 expertise and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Combination of Big 4 accounting firm experience and multinational corporate background.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master’s degree in taxation preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASC 740 accounting standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated professional capable of independent and collaborative work.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours.
