Salesforce Admin/Release Engineer - CRM Systems - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Release Engineer/Admin, you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge development practices and seamless platform operations, combining traditional Salesforce administration with modern DevOps.

In Short

• Manage complex deployments across Development, Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
• Implement automated testing and deployment strategies using tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and security settings.
• Oversee sandbox refreshes, data seeding, and environment maintenance.
• Execute data imports, exports, and quality maintenance using Data Loader.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Partner with development teams for smooth deployment of custom solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and drive adoption of new features.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Hands-on release management experience using deployment tools.
• Strong DevOps foundation with understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Multi-environment expertise managing coordinated release cycles.
• Data management proficiency including imports and exports.
• Performance troubleshooting skills.
• Version control knowledge with Git.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in impact analysis.
