Overview

We are looking for a Staff Salesforce Developer who thrives on solving complex business challenges through innovative technical solutions. In this role, you will be the technical architect and hands-on developer responsible for transforming our Lead-to-Cash ecosystem.

In Short

• Lead hands-on development of sophisticated pricing rules and custom Apex/LWC solutions.
• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and implementation.
• Drive custom Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Support Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor for the Salesforce GTM engineering team.
• Coordinate complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Apply sound technical judgment in determining solution approaches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years building enterprise-grade applications.
• Proven experience in architecture and implementation of high-complexity projects.
• Strong background in developing secure solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
• Proven track record designing and scaling enterprise systems.
