In Short

• The client is looking for a skilled SDET/QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of their web and mobile applications.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail are required.
• This is a full-time 5-7 month engagement.
• Responsibilities include writing and maintaining Cucumber BDD tests using Gherkin syntax.
• Develop automated tests for mobile apps using Appium.
• Perform manual testing on a mobile app to ensure quality and functionality.
• Build and improve the test automation framework.
• Accurately record and track test results in Jira.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Cypress and Playwright for web automation testing.
• Ensure a balance between manual and automated testing.
• Willingness to do both manual and automated testing as required.
