In Short

• Work in an Agile Development Team focused on software quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Agile team in the development and execution of test plans.
• Execute exploratory testing and maintain suitable test environments.
• Perform static testing and impact assessments of documentation.
• Assist with automated testing under direction of specialists.
• Analyze customer support issues escalated to engineering.
• Achieve productivity targets and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Produce documentation and training materials for products.
• Identify areas for improvement in QA activities.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial software testing experience.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP (IPv4, IPv6).
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
• Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of Windows; Linux and Mac experience a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus.
• Experience with Cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with directory services (Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP) is a plus.
