Project Management Office Analyst Semisenior - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a new GIGAnte to join our team as a Semisenior PMO Analyst. The PMO area aims to ensure the correct administrative and operational management of contracts and projects, guaranteeing traceability, control, and compliance with internal processes. The PMO provides cross-functional support to areas such as OPE, HC, Finance, among others, coordinating requests for contractual information and actively participating in planning and follow-up meetings to ensure alignment and efficiency in project execution.

• Analysis and tracking of contracts, updating information bases.
• Monitoring resource hours across different project teams for efficiency control.

• Support for various business units in comprehensive processes for LATAM/USA countries.

• Reconciliation of records in systems, monthly and quarterly.
• Co-responsible for managing the administrative and operational cycle of contracts and projects.
• Participation in the monthly analysis of reports and indicators.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, solid knowledge of pivot tables, lookup functions, handling large data volumes, consolidation, and report generation. (Mandatory)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, for analysis, tracking, and presentation of information.
• Proven experience in PMO, Project Control, or administrative/operational project functions, focusing on traceability, document control, hour analysis, and report preparation.
• Ability to work with databases, administrative systems, and management tools.
