Overview

A detail-oriented and knowledgeable Clinical Reimbursement and Pricing Specialist is needed to support the pricing and contracting process for a Fortune 500 medical device company.

In Short

• Review and address pricing issues during the contracting process.
• Triage reimbursement-related inquiries and escalate complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with reimbursement regulations.
• Apply knowledge of US reimbursement coding.
• Interpret complex disease states and communicate technical information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare reimbursement.
• Advanced PC skills required, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with budget and contract negotiations.
• Contract position with possibility of converting to full-time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sciences, nursing or related field.
• 3 years' experience with coverage policies and regulations.
• Experience with US reimbursement coding and DRG assignments.
• Knowledge of federal and state reimbursement rules.
• Ability to understand complex disease states.
• Advanced personal computer skills.
• Experience with budget and contract negotiations.
