Overview

We’re looking for an English & Communication Coach to help Wing’s virtual assistants and staff elevate their communication effectiveness — ensuring clarity, tone alignment, and professionalism in both written and spoken English.

In Short

• Focus on email and voice communication coaching.

• Establish a structured ESL upskilling program.
• At least 3 years of experience in communication coaching or ESL instruction.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience coaching individuals on client communication.
• Strong facilitation and feedback skills.

• Familiarity with CRM and project management systems preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset for assessing performance.
