Overview

You’ll own the experimentation program that turns traffic into sales pipeline and revenue. From landing pages and forms to ad-to-page scent and funnel health, you’ll find inefficiencies, fix them, and scale what works.

In Short

• Build and run an experimentation engine with A/B and multivariate tests.
• Optimize landing pages and forms for better UX and conversion rates.

• Comfortable with data analysis and basic SQL.
• Proven experience with SEO.
• Willingness to work outside core discipline.
• Experience with email marketing and campaign management.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for execution.
• Excellent copywriting and design instincts.
