In Short

• Remote Bookkeeper position with immediate start
• Monitor contracts and agreements with various stakeholders
• Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing and collections
• Conduct account reconciliations as needed
• Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets

• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of US Taxation preferred
• Solid understanding of financial terms and practices
• Proficient in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars
• Proactive attitude and ability to work night shifts
• Technical requirements for remote work setup
