Remote Bookkeeper

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reporting.

In Short

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Collaborate with accountants and management to support audits and tax filing preparation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Maintain organized digital financial files and documentation
