We are looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Virtual Assistant to manage patient intake, appointment scheduling, and assist with medical records and billing inquiries while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Solid understanding of medical terminologies.
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Tech savvy with current technologies.
• USB Headset and working webcam required.
• Reliable internet connection needed.
