Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in healthcare customer service
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HIPAA standards
• Empathetic approach to patient support
• Available to work in US time zones
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
• Comfortable using time-trackers
• Own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using tools like Slack and Asana
