Requirements

  • Experience in home care or long-term care services.
  • 2-4 years in customer support or provider support role.
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and urgency.
  • Quick learner of new technological platforms.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with applications like Monday, Notion, and Figma (preferred).
