Overview

As our Insurance Innovator at Genki, you will play a key role in developing and improving our insurance products and processes and building high-quality, customer-friendly health insurance products.

• Develop and continuously improve our health insurance products.
• Lead the design and development of new products (from ideation to launch).
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts to extend Genki’s competitive edge.
• Enhance insurance-related processes within the company.
• Build and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases for all our insurance products and processes.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with our insurance partners and service providers.
• Train our team on relevant insurance knowledge to ensure high-quality service.
• Explore opportunities for product or service enhancements, including potential B2B expansion.
• Stay on top of claims, loss ratios, and fraud detection & prevention.
• Ensure we comply with all relevant insurance regulations.
