Overview

As a Product Owner for our core health insurance system, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our policy servicing module, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business value and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
