Overview

As a Product Owner for our core health insurance system, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our policy servicing module, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams.

In Short

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate objectives into actionable user stories.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for development teams.
  • Leverage knowledge of health insurance for product development.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Define and track KPIs for product success.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive the product roadmap for policy servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Passionate about innovation in health insurance.
