Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic, energetic SharePoint Support Analyst who welcomes all tasks with a smile and a positive attitude! The ideal consultant will enjoy the challenge of working on multiple projects with limited supervision and have the ability to successfully use initiative and independent judgment in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Contract length of 12-18 months
  • Remote position, must be local to the Austin area
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with 4+ years in Help Desk/Service Desk support
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint Lists and Microsoft O365 applications
  • Experience with Help Desk software and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Sound troubleshooting skills
  • Highly organized and motivated

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a large enterprise or government entity is preferable
  • Preferred experience with Remedy / BMC Helix
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently towards goals
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Highly organized
  • Strong troubleshooting technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
