Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in EHR implementation to lead complex projects across the organization.

In Short

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of EHR implementation and migration projects.
• Create key project documents and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation and migration of EHR systems.
• Develop and oversee data migration strategies.
• Serve as the liaison between business users, IT, and vendors.
• Manage and inspire cross-functional project teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges.
• Escalate issues as needed and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Must hold a PMP Certification.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in database management.
• Proven ability to manage data migration activities.
• Experience in EHR application domains.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS-based EHR systems.
• Familiarity with HHSC Federal/State processes.
• Experience with SDLC and data mapping.
