Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

EverHelp is looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into valuable analytical insights that contribute to informed and effective business decisions.

In Short

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating support service performance.
• Create regular data analysis reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Analyze feedback from internal and external clients to identify issues and opportunities for enhancement.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast future trends and potential issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of support processes.
• Collaborate with support, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Data modeling skills (DBT or Dataform).
• Experience with cloud services (GCP or similar).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and show initiative.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
