The SaaS Sales Lead Instructor will support training for the Sales Development Representative role in the SaaS sector, driven by Generation's mission to help learners achieve economic mobility through employment.

• Facilitate online training for Sales Development Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in training or coaching SDRs/BDRs.
• Strong command of digital tools (G Suite, Teams, Slack).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for empowering youth and underrepresented communities.
• Experience managing small teams is preferred.
