Learning Cohort Moderator - Remote

Overview

The Learning Cohort Moderator will support the Durability Academy, a program aimed at enhancing the data capabilities of nonprofits to measure and improve their social impact.

In Short

• Part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
• Remote position with potential for travel for in-person events.
• Facilitate engagement and manage logistics for a cohort of nonprofits.
• Experience with digital learning platforms like Mighty Networks preferred.
• Support adult learners in a cohort-based learning environment.
• Coordinate synchronous learning sessions and community-building activities.
• Evaluate and analyze feedback data for continuous improvement.
• Flexible hours with availability for online engagement required.

• Contract position with potential for extension through December 2025.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing digital learning platforms.
• Comfort with facilitation and community engagement.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit and impact measurement sectors preferred.
• High level of comfort with tech tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Airtable).
• Event planning or convening experience is a bonus.
• Survey design or data analysis skills are a bonus.
• Experience facilitating virtual or hybrid learning spaces is a bonus.
