Overview

The Finance Manager strengthens Generate Canada’s finance function by providing senior-level accounting, reporting, and financial management support across the organization, with a particular emphasis on complex, multi-year programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, and budget management.
• Ability to design and improve financial processes.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with nonprofit and grant-funded operations.
