Overview

We're looking for a highly organized Project & Documentation Coordinator to support our team in keeping projects on track and documentation up to date. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and enjoys organizing people, processes, and information.

In Short

  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
  • Maintain accurate and accessible internal documentation (Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments
  • Create and update project reports, checklists, and summaries
  • Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with team workflows
  • Assist with onboarding materials, SOPs, and process updates

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or documentation roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple moving parts
