Overview

The Controls System Engineer will support the Factory Zero Project by executing engineering tasks on plant floor systems, ensuring program implementation and execution across various areas of the plant.

In Short

  • Work on program execution of plant floor systems.
  • Support Factory Zero Project.
  • Implement and validate new Throughput Logic.
  • Perform System Acceptance Test and support production.
  • Train other engineers in RESS 9-Bits implementation.
  • Prepare statements of requirement and forecast controls.
  • Configure and validate HMIs within TIA Portal.
  • Read and update Wire Diagrams for tooling and EPP systems.
  • Hybrid work policy: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
  • Collaborate with other engineers across different plants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • Two years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with TIA Portal for HMI configuration.
  • Knowledge of network switches and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and update Wire Diagrams.
  • Experience using Eplan Program.
  • Capability to create and update DCDL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and share knowledge with peers.
