Product Lead for Healthcare Provider Solutions - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a mission-driven Product Lead to own the end-to-end experience for individual healthcare providers—including geneticists, general pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and more—who may order GeneDx tests. This person will lead solutions that help providers onboard, place orders, interpret results, and serve their patients confidently, while working seamlessly within existing workflows. You’ll translate strategy into scalable programs and initiatives that deliver clarity, ease, and clinical value.

In Short

• Own and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and multi-quarter programs for individual provider ordering experiences.
• Translate strategy into actionable features and services that streamline onboarding, ordering, and results access.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Clinical Product, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Client Services, and Engineering.
• Deeply understand clinician needs through research, interviews, and observation— becoming a subject matter expert on their day-to-day workflows.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to scope and deliver solutions via scrum teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as order conversion rate by specialty and provider satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B or clinician-facing tools.
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows; experience with diagnostic ordering preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Empathy for end users and a commitment to improving their experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and human-centered design.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or clinical training is a plus.
