Overview

The Director, Global Treasury will lead the Treasury team at Gemini, overseeing liquidity processes, payment operations, and banking relationships in a rapidly growing business environment.

• Lead all operational and strategic elements of Treasury management.
• Oversee cash management functions including deposits, withdrawals, and intercompany cash movement.
• Develop funding sources and ensure adequate liquidity.
• Manage corporate cash and digital asset portfolio.
• Analyze risk exposures and develop pricing frameworks.
• Partner with technology teams to automate payment processes.
• Monitor capital and liquidity positions globally.
• Manage foreign exchange exposures.
• Support Legal & Compliance with internal controls.
• Mentor and develop Treasury staff.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Treasury/Cash Management with global exposure.
• Knowledge of spot and derivatives trading products.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to drive process improvements through technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Curious and motivated to learn.
