Gecko Events is a boutique agency specialising in corporate events: company retreats, team buildings, workshops and celebrations. We work with international clients and take care of every detail of the experience.

In Short

Prepare client proposals and event concepts with creativity and attention to detail
Source and negotiate with suppliers, venues and activity partners
Support pre-event logistics and operations from start to finish
Coordinate on-site during events and assist groups in person
Capture content for social media and marketing
Contribute to prospecting and outreach to potential clients
Help bring projects to life, from the briefing stage to execution day

Requirements

Experience in events, tourism or hospitality
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to solve problems on the spot
Calm under pressure and reliable when it matters most
Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
Flexible availability
