Overview

The Client Relations Manager (CRM) will oversee and manage client engagements with focus on client deliverables and client satisfaction, develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with the client and operations teams to develop implementation plans and establish terms of agreement.

In Short

  • Develops and delivers solution proposals and presentations for services.
  • Provides HIM Stateside coding leadership and knowledge internally and for current / prospective clients.
  • Monitors service productivity and quality through reports to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between client’s management and internal teams.
  • Ensures timely resolution of issues to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Tracks escalated issues and reports to Operations & CRM leadership.
  • Participates in client/operations calls to propose solutions.
  • Responsible for reviewing internal quality scores and identifying training needs.
  • Familiarizes with company technology to assist in presentations.
  • May require travel up to 50% for client meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RCM services and onshore coding.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inpatient and outpatient revenue processes.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Long-term client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to main office in Dallas.
