This role involves reviewing and annotating oncology reports to identify key clinical evidence supporting organ and site determination, contributing to accurate data extraction and advanced healthcare analytics.

• Meet productivity expectations of 1.25 cases per hour.

Requirements

• Licensed Oncology Nurse (RN preferred) – U.S.-based.
• Strong knowledge of oncology concepts, tumor biology, and staging.
• Experience reviewing clinical documentation (pathology, radiology, physician notes).
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred experience with clinical documentation review, chart abstraction, or medical coding.
• Familiarity with ICD, SNOMED, or similar classification systems.
• Exposure to data annotation or healthcare AI projects.
• Experience working with digital tools, spreadsheets, or annotation platforms.
