In Short

• Support the UCAP solution and future operations.
• Act as a bridge between mission stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Analyze VBA mission requirements and workflows for claims processing.
• Apply M21 and 38 CFR standards to workflow processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business outcomes.
• Assist in developing use cases for claims evaluation.
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to documentation including functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Work in a remote-friendly culture with a focus on work-life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a VBA Veterans Service Representative (VSR) or Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR).
• Experience with gathering and documenting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Position of Trust.
• Must pass a government background screening process.
