Overview

GDIT is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team to define and support our mission-critical applications for our DHS customer.

In Short

• Transform client business needs into user stories.
• Support Agile Teams and document functional requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and business processes.
• Write user stories using JIRA.
• Assist in Agile sprint cycles.
• Implement scrum/agile project lifecycle approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Provide support and technical advice to teams.
• Participate in validating system enhancements.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DHS HQ EOD required to start.
• BS or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience developing Agile user stories.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum/Kanban and SAFe.
• Self-learner with current techniques.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
