Overview

As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will be a key part of the Human Resources team, supporting mission-critical initiatives and ensuring competitive compensation practices that align with business strategies.

In Short

  • Participate in the development and administration of compensation programs.
  • Manage salary reviews and HR process requests.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and policies.
  • Provide consultation on compensation actions and internal equity.
  • Maintain job architecture and compensation structure within Workday.
  • Support proposal efforts with market data and HR statistics.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with International Benefits Analyst for total rewards strategy.
  • Manage compensation reporting, audits, and surveys.
  • Engage in cross-training for benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 9+ years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in global compensation.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management experience.
  • Technical skills in MS Office and HRIS.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Certifications like CCP or GRP are desired.
  • Experience with payroll and accounting is a plus.
