Overview

We are actively recruiting for several Android Engineers to support our ambitious growth plans in our new Mobile Engineering Pod. Our Engineering Teams are agile, hands-on coders, providing technical solutions across the SDLC to ensure our software development meets the ongoing and diverse needs of our customers.

In Short

• Develop and maintain advanced features for our Android Apps using Kotlin, Jetpack, and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement and test assigned backlog items to high quality.
• Consider regulatory, compliance, app store and design rules for assigned backlog items.
• Collaborate with the Pod on technical decision making.
• Build design system components.
• Build tools that support excellent developer experience.

Requirements

• Mobile Development background in Android Kotlin / Jetpack / Java.
• Able to understand commercial realities of delivering a profitable product.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with modern architectural/design patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP).
• Experience using basic test techniques to anticipate errors.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
