Gauntlet is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead client-facing research in the DeFi ecosystem, focusing on quantitative analysis and mechanism design.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Deep understanding of DeFi and crypto topics.
• Proven mentorship capacity and experience.
