Test Development Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for testing strategy formulation, analysis, case design, execution, and risk assessment.
• Independently ensure quality assurance of product modules, including functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation.
• Develop or select appropriate testing tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Analyze issues within project team processes and propose feasible improvement measures.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with over 2 years of testing development experience.
• Proficient in testing processes and familiar with test case design methods.
• Deep analysis of product requirements and development design with reasonable suggestions.
• Proficient in one programming language such as Java or Python.
• Experience in testing tool platform development, performance testing, and continuous integration is preferred.
• Experience in big data, high concurrency testing, and high availability testing is a plus.
• Excellent driving ability, strong learning ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial-related testing experience is preferred.
