Senior Test Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for quality assurance of core business, including functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation.
• Define testing architecture and framework to ensure scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Participate in the testing team building and analyze existing process issues, proposing effective improvements.
• Help the team enhance quality control and tracking capabilities, anticipating quality risks in the product line.
• Improve the testing system and ensure continuous enhancement of testing efficiency and quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with over 5 years of testing experience and at least 2 years in team leadership.
• Good coding skills, proficient in at least one programming language or script such as Java, Python, or Shell.
• Experience in rapid iteration processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex testing scenarios.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with cross-department teams.
• Experience in team management and talent development.
• Financial testing experience is a plus.
