Overview

This position involves working as a Senior Test Engineer for our R&D team in Chennai, India, focusing on Analytics and Data Management software.

In Short

  • Execute test plans and strategies for HBK software.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for Automated / Interactive testing.
  • Identify and report software errors.
  • Assist with resolution of user software problems.
  • Collaborate with software testers and developers based in Europe.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
  • Knowledge of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile Software Development & Testing.
  • Programming experience (C#, JavaScript or similar).
  • Hands-on experience on API Testing using REST API.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge on UX testing.
  • Experience working on Jira is an advantage.
  • Agile or ISTQB Software Test certification is an advantage.
