In Short

• Responsible for the financial underlying logic of spot leverage businesses, including risk control limits, margin systems, and liquidation systems.
• Manage and maintain risk control parameters related to the above business segments.
• Analyze and track industry development trends and market feedback to create a first-class and sound risk control chain for spot leverage businesses.
• Output clear and logical product solutions and collaborate with the technical team for implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a STEM field; finance/economics background is a plus.
• Relevant experience in spot leverage business, familiar with trading rules and understanding of balance sheet concepts.
• Good statistical analysis skills, able to monitor market liquidity risks and manage risk control parameters.
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency market with enthusiasm, aware of mainstream and popular cryptocurrencies.
• Strong logical thinking and results-oriented mindset, with good communication and teamwork skills.
