In Short

• Lead the functional design of KYC products, optimizing user experience and improving conversion rates and accuracy of KYC processes.
• Establish a data metrics system for KYC products, regularly collect and analyze product usage data, and address pain points in the conversion chain.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors' developments in KYC products, regularly collect and analyze competitors' product features, advantages, and market strategies.
• Research emerging KYC technologies and solutions, such as AI identity verification and blockchain data sharing, assessing their potential impact and application value on the company’s products.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of KYC experience, familiar with the entire KYC process in the industry, with experience designing efficient KYC processes.
• Proficient in fast identity verification and OCR technologies, understanding the characteristics and pros and cons of KYC vendors in the market.
• Familiar with automated reviews and risk control rules, understanding KYC-related regulations and policies, able to accurately interpret and apply them in product design.
• Strong data analysis skills, able to use data analysis methods for data mining and analysis to support product decision-making.
