• Design and optimize the architecture of the machine learning platform.
• Develop and optimize core algorithms, including recommendation systems and risk control models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or AI-related fields.
• 5+ years of machine learning experience and 2+ years in team management.
• Proficient in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Experienced with Python, Golang, or Java, and familiar with major ML frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale data processing technologies.
• Knowledge of online inference systems and model optimization techniques.
• Strong project management and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
