• Responsible for discovering streamers and planning live content based on platform resources.
• Manage daily operations of live streaming and enhance streaming data.
• Assist streamers with trial broadcasts and guide them on content standards.
• Track live operation effects and feedback data and user opinions.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, English proficiency at CET-6 or IELTS 6.0 or above, with over 1 year of live streaming operation experience.
• Passionate about live streaming, familiar with live platforms, and preferably with internet live broadcasting experience.
• Understanding of video live platform rules; aware of blockchain and related topics.
• Strong organizational skills, resilience, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Good communication, coordination, execution skills, and team spirit.
