• Drive user growth strategies across Web3 products, including wallet adoption, DeFi engagement, GameFi participation, and NFT transactions.
• Implement initiatives to enhance user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Work closely with development, product management, marketing, and sales teams.
• Foster communication and collaboration across departments.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Web3 products.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 space.
• Apply market insights to enhance product offerings.

• Manage KOLs to promote campaigns.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and proven experience in Web3 technologies.
• Experience with wallets, DeFi protocols, GameFi ecosystems, and NFTs.
• Proven track record in strategic business planning.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• At least 3 years experience in Fintech/E-commerce is highly preferred.
