In Short

• Develop industry research frameworks, including methods, data collection processes, and report structures;
• Write and publish clear, structured research reports;
• Guide the team to ensure efficient execution of research tasks;
• Provide data analysis and industry insights to support business decisions;
• Communicate and interpret research findings in internal meetings or presentations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher, background in science and engineering, finance, mathematics, or computer technology preferred, with over 10 years of experience in the cryptocurrency space;
• Over 5 years of work experience in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry and related positions, portfolio required if applying;
• Active in the cryptocurrency community, able to gather the latest information from diverse channels;
• Proactively understand the business logic and development trends of major tracks in the cryptocurrency industry, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends, and solid knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem.

Benefits

• Experience in Web3 project development is a plus;
• Experience in writing research reports and project analysis, able to independently produce research reports and extract key insights;
• Experience in cryptocurrency investment institutions or departments is a plus;
• Outstanding English communication skills, with overseas study and work experience;
• Basic coding skills in SQL/Python and data analysis capabilities, experience with on-chain data tools like Dune/Glassnode/Nansen;
• Rich report writing experience and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with audiences at different levels.
