This role involves providing first-level IT support to users, resolving technical issues, and managing support requests through various channels.

• Receive support requests via phone, ticket system, and email

Requirements

• IT affinity, preferably also IT career changers with IT knowledge
• Good knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office products
• Experience in IT support or customer service roles
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Good to very good German language skills
